An original program from the banquet celebrating the 101st anniversary of the birth of Abraham Lincoln, at which Booker T. Washington delivered the main address, signed by him at the head of a rear page of signatures.

At this banquet, held at the St. Nicholas Hotel in Lincoln's hometown of Springfield, Illinois by the Lincoln Centennial Association, Booker gave the keynote address on the topic of "Some Results of Abraham Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation." The program additionally prints a poem by Vachel Lindsay, "The Heroes of Time," which places Lincoln in the company of Moses, Buddha, Confucius, Socrates and Jesus. In 1929, the Lincoln Centennial Association became the Abraham Lincoln Association, a research organization still active. Other signers include Edwin F. Irwin, Herman Pierik, W.C. Sommer, Richings J. Shand, Albert Myers, A.W. Linking, William H. Conkling, C.W. Feaster. W.H. Winton, Emanuel Salzenstein and one unidentified signature. Illustrated with a laid-in portrait of Lincoln.
