While the 100 players selected are ordered alphabetically, with short bios and iconic photographs, the author ranks them on a page at the end (ranking Mantle 6th, Musial 11th, Killebrew 38th, and Berra 41st). Second printing, with letter sequence on copyright page beginning with "b."
