The 1979-80 season was a watershed year for the Islanders, ending with their victory over the Philadelphia Flyers for the Islander's first Stanley Cup. This program is signed on the front cover (on top of an image that also features player facsimile signatures) by six Hall-of-Famers—Bryan Trottier, Denis Potvin, Al Arbour, Mike Bossy, Clark Gillies and Billy Smith—along with nine other players—Butch Goring, Wayne Merrick, John Tonetti, Billy Harris, Jean Potvin, Bob Nystrom, Gerry Hart, Ken Morrow and Lorne Henning. Three of the signatures are on pages 38 and 63.
