Limited edition, number 970 of 1000 copies printed on Japanese vellum, with 11 etchings by Duvivier in double suite. Handsomely bound.

Zola brought to the novel "a force unprecedented in legally published French fiction" (Hollier 775). First published in 1878, A Page of Love was the eighth in a cycle of 20 novels by Zola illustrating his theory of naturalism. Harvey 763-764.

Corners lightly rubbed. Handsomely bound in near-fine condition.
