First edition, first printing, of the play for which Williams won his second Pulitzer Prize, signed by the playwright.

In 1973 Williams admitted, “Though Glass Menagerie may be my best play, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof is still my favorite” (Devlin, 244). Includes both the Broadway and the original version of the Third Act, which Williams reluctantly rewrote at director Elia Kazan’s request.
