First edition, circa 1943, of this WWII booklet documenting Nazi attacks on Soviet villages and the death of Soviet children, with eyewitness accounts and articles by key Soviet writers, with nine photogravures, printed in London by the Women’s British-Soviet Committee, in original wrappers.

This pro-Soviet, anti-Nazi booklet, issued in London circa 1943 by the Women’s British-Soviet Committee, contains numerous eyewitness accounts of German attacks on Soviet children and families, along with articles by noted Soviet authors such as Ilya Ehrenburg and Konstantin Simonov. With nine black-and-white photogravures, most full page.

Interior fresh and clean, slight edge-wear, faint soiling to wrappers. A near-fine copy.
