Signed limited first French edition of this lovely artist's book, a French translation of Pablo Neruda's long poem "La Rosa Separada," featuring six color gravures by Enrique Zañartu, number 20 of only 99 copies, signed by both Neruda and the artist on the limitation page.
This was one of Neruda's final poems, a moving meditation on a visit to Easter Island made while he was dying of cancer. Text in French, translated by Max Clarac-Sérou. Issued simultaneously with an edition in Spanish, also by Editions du Dragon.
