First edition, printed in Prague as part of the prestigious FotoTorst series, published coincident with the 2002 exhibit Josef Koudelka: Fotograf at Prague’s National Gallery. With preface by Anna Fárová, in English and Czech; Karel Hvií?d’ala’s interview with Koudelka, also in English and Czech.
