Flint, who rivaled Arthur Rackham in the quality of his illustrations, "produced a whole series of brilliant luxury editions for the Medici Society. From the 1920s Flint became the unquestioned master of the watercolor nude and these, and the prints from them, made his reputation" (Houfe, 139). First issued with Flint's illustrations in a limited edition in 1924.
A fine copy.
