DREW, Garfield Albee. New Methods for Profit in the Stock Market. Boston: Metcalf, (1954). Octavo, original navy cloth, original dust jacket. $1200.

Later edition of Drew’s analysis of methods for timing stock market operations, with numerous charts and graphs, inscribed by Drew using his nickname: “For Mark Lesses with best wishes-from ‘Jeff’ (otherwise the author) March 27, 1955.”

Garfield Drew discusses his theories for evaluating trends and making profits in the stock market, many of which rely on the relationship between popular psychology and stock prices, as well as critically assessing a number of theories and forecasting systems. Originally published in 1941 and revised in 1948.

Book with two small isolated areas of paint-staining to original cloth. Dust jacket with large chip and light dampstaining to spine, wear and chipping to extremities, front flap detached. A very good copy.
