First edition of this richly illustrated compilation of 21 Disney favorites including Snow White, Lady and the Tramp, Bambi, Cinderella, Pinocchio, Dumbo, and more, boldly inscribed on the title page: “To Dave & Jean, Best Wishes, Walt Disney.”

Copiously illustrated by Walt Disney Studios, this beautiful collection is a treasury of 21 of Disney’s most beloved children’s stories. The tales included are “Snow White,” “Three Little Pigs,” “Lady and the Tramp,” “The Old Mill,” “Bambi,” “The Tortoise and the Hare,” “Cinderella,” “The Little Red Hen,” “Pedro,” “De Tar-Baby,” “Peter Pan,” “The Ugly Duckling,” “Pinocchio,” “Bongo,” “Peter and the Wolf,” “Lambert, the Sheepish Lion,” “The Grasshopper and the Ants,” “Dumbo of the Circus,” “Pigs Is Pigs,” “Ben and Me,” and “The Sleeping Princess.” All of these stories were previously published. This volume is a Giant Golden Book. Child’s pencil annotations and incomplete erasure on table of contents.

Inner paper hinges split, interior generally quite nice, a few scratches and light wear to bright boards. An extremely good copy, rare inscribed.
