Returns

All of our items are guaranteed as described and shipped on approval. Any item may be returned within ten days for any reason, and all reimbursements are limited to the original purchase price.

We will be happy to provide all of the information you request about an item before you order it, and for some items, we can provide you with digital images via email to give you an idea of the appearance and condition of the item. If you wish to return an item, we ask that you notify us first, preferably by phone. A sales representative will consult with you to make the necessary shipping and insurance arrangements via UPS or Federal Express and instruct you on how to ship the item back safely.
