First edition of this richly illustrated report on proposed renovations to the Executive Mansion, signed by two of its influential occupants, Presidents Harry Truman—who oversaw the renovations—and Richard Nixon.

This desirable report on the rebuilding of the White House during the Truman administration is illustrated with 30 photographic plates, ten in color, and four floor plans, as well as numerous in-text vignettes. Signed by Truman in fountain pen on the recto of the frontispiece leaf, and signed by "Dick Nixon" on the front flyleaf.

Fine condition, desirable signed by both Truman and Nixon.
