Looking Forward, the first autobiography written by a Vice President while still in office, was published the year before the election of George Herbert Bush as America's 41st President, and was co-authored with preeminent Washington journalist and political adviser Victor Gold while Bush was Ronald Reagan's Vice President. "First Edition" stated on copyright page. Issued the same year as a limited edition, no priority established. With 16 pages of black-and-white photographic illustrations.
