Signed limited first edition, number 209 of 250 copies of these three color lithographs printed on Magnani paper, each numbered and signed by Lipchitz.

Lipchitz was commissioned to create the sculpture "Tree of Life" for Mt. Scopus in Jerusalem, to symbolize "the dynamism of our faith and the sources of our spiritual dreams and aspirations." These three lithographs are Lipchitz's treatments for the sculpture, and were printed at the Il Bisonte studio in Florence in 1971. They were commissioned by Hadassah. With introduction by Karl Katz.

Only lightest soiling to original portfolio case. A fine copy.
