John Milton

"BETTER TO REIGN IN HELL THAN SERVE IN HEAVEN"

Illustrated with engraved frontispiece portrait of Milton and three plates.

Scattered light foxing, particularly to plates; occasional marginal soiling. Contemporary full calf-gilt bindings fine. A very handsome set.
