Dr. Seuss," accompanied by two black and white photographs of Seuss signed by him; a signed autograph letter on Cat in the Hat stationery reading: "Dear John… It was GREAT! Every minute of it… even including the P.T.A. Thank you so much for everything! Ted / Dr. Seuss," and an envelope hand-addressed by Seuss.
