Signed limited first edition, number 197 of only 385 copies signed by Edward, a sumptuous edition bound in publisher's full crimson morocco with gilt-stamped armorial insignias to front board.

This handsomely bound volume surveys Edward's life up until his abdication in December 1936. With numerous photographic illustrations and facsimiles, folding color map at rear. Front cover gilt-stamped with Edward's insignias as Prince of Wales, King of England, and Duke of Windsor. Precedes the British edition, which was published later the same year.
