This wonderful Victorian-era cookbook contains hundreds of recipes that would have been suitable for even the most elegant affairs. The author, Agnes Bertha Marshall, was a cookbook writer, cooking school owner, and ice cream mold entrepreneur who established herself as one of the leading authorities in teaching middle-class women how to present stylish and delectable meals.
